Should you have to leave a message, we will certainly call you back within 48 hours during the week, and first thing Monday if it’s a weekend. We always look forward to speaking with our Groovy peeps!

If you’re setting up your yurt on your own, please let us know.  We want to make sure things go smoothly. Give us a date and time, and we will be sure to have someone standing by to assist you, if need be.

Because we are nomads too, we organize at least two Groovy Delivery Tours a year throughout the US and Canada. These tours give us the opportunity to meet our customers, put faces to names, and provide direct support and advice. Groooooovy!! We have a wide range of yurts and parts in stock as well as some limited authentic Mongolian furniture...  Our set-up team would be delighted to provide assistance to you if necessary. The set-up assistance program is dedicated time to your yurt set-up, yurt care, tips, and culture. You will love it! Ask us for details. Meeting all of you is why we do what we do!
